For consumer-protection attorneys

Your client's dispute record, organized before the first call.

When a client shares their Dispute Avenger case, you can read it, and on the Firm plan so can your staff: every bureau side by side, the letters they sent, proof of delivery, the deadlines the FCRA sets, and a tamper-evident record of each step.

Inside a shared case

What your firm sees

  • Every bureau, side by side

Each account as Equifax, Experian, TransUnion and the specialty bureaus report it, with the differences marked.

  • Letters and proof of sending

Every letter as the app produced it, with certified-mail tracking and the delivery date.

  • Deadlines on the statute's clock

Response windows counted from delivery, and which ones have already passed without an answer.

  • A record you can check

A hash-chained log of each step, and an attorney packet you can download as a PDF.

How sharing works

  1. 01

Your client invites you by email from their Sharing tab. Before they agree, they see exactly what you'll be able to read.

  2. 02

You create a free firm account from the link, or sign in, and accept.

  3. 03

You can read the case, and so can your staff on the Firm plan. Nobody at the firm can change, send or delete anything: the client stays in charge and can stop sharing at any time.

When someone at your firm opens the case or downloads a file, it's noted in the client's record, at most once an hour per person for the case and for each file. Uploaded documents and letter PDFs are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they're stored, and the database itself keeps each client's records apart. How we protect client data

Plain answers

Questions

Do I need a client to try it?

No. The live demo opens a sample firm with three fictional clients for an hour. Nothing you do there is saved.

Can my firm change a client's case?

No. Firms read and download. Letters, disputes and the record stay in the client's hands.

Does the client know when we open their case?

Yes. When someone at your firm opens the case or downloads a file, it's added to the client's record, at most once an hour per person for the case and for each file.

Can my staff use it?

On the Firm plan, up to 10 people including you. Solo is for the owner only. Receiving and reading cases is free on every plan.

Is my bar number verified?

We record the bar number and state you give us. We don't verify them yet.
